Eigen will respond to requests as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If a fee is determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority, Eigen reserves the right to request the fee to cover processing costs. If your data is processed based on explicit consent, withdrawing your consent may result in the cancellation of your membership or inability to benefit from related advantages.
